How to approve an email address with Outlook.com

For Outlook.com, Windows Live Mail, Hotmail, and MSN Mail, sign in to your account at Outlook.com and do the following:
  1. Add the email address that is sending you an email (e.g., support@rdmobile.com) to your Outlook.com Contacts. Outlook.com will usually deliver emails from addresses that are in your Contacts.
  2. Click the cog icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner and then on More mail settings
  3. Select Safe and blocked senders and then Safe senders
  4. Add the domain (e.g., "@rdmobile.com") of the email you want to approve to the list of Safe senders
  5. Return to Safe and blocked senders and then select Safe mailing lists
  6. Add the email address of the online group you want to approve to the list of Safe mailing lists

How to approve an email address with Gmail

Sign in to your account at Gmail.com and do the following:
  1. Add the email address that is sending you an email (e.g., support@rdmobile.com) to your Gmail Contacts. Google will usually deliver emails from addresses that are in your Contacts.
  2. Mark messages as "Not spam"
  3. Create a filter to tell Google to approve the email from a domain or online group.
  4. Click the cog icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner, and then Settings. Click on Filters and then Create a new filter. Either enter the domain (e.g., "@rdmobile.com") of the email you want to approve in the From field or enter the email address of the online group you want to approve in the To field
  5. Click Create filter with this search. In the box labeled "When a message arrives that matches this search:" select Never send it to spam
  6. Click the Create filter button
