How can I access restricted or locked content?

Restricted items are content that requires you to login and may be limited to certain ticket types. You can identify restricted items in the main navigation as a lock is visible over the icon. 

In addition to the main navigation, sessions or even session resources can be restricted.

If you believe you should have access to a restricted piece of content, please take the following steps:

  1. If registration is required for your event, make sure you have registered
  2. Confirm you are logged in with the email address that you used to register

If you still cannot access content you believe you should have access to you can "Request Access" from that content's lock screen.
